Learning has many strands - providing learning resources for schools; informal learning for visitors of all ages; and of course heritage organisations need to learn about their visitors and their experiences through visitor research and project evaluation. Sometimes staff and volunteers wish to increase their skills in visitor research and evaluation, and I can provide training for them. I have carried out reviews of museums' learning provision and made recommendations for future developments.
Heritage places, collections and the natural environment provide great experiences and places for people to learn.
